There are three main advantages that must be mentioned when it comes to Saadiyat Island. First of all, the area has access to the open sea via the Persian Gulf. Unlike all the other Abu Dhabi beaches, the water in this region is not stationary due to its geographical location. Considering this fact, the open-sea view isn't blocked by islands or any other landmass on the horizon – it's just the endless space of the open water.
Secondly, there's a bridge connecting Saadiyat Island with Abu Dhabi. Whenever you want to get from the hotel or villa to the city or go to the beach from the center of the city, it's just a matter of a short ride. For example, taking a taxi in either direction will take only about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the destination point.
Thirdly, all of the island's hotels are luxurious – they're all 5-star. All of the resorts are built on the first line. And, perhaps, the greatest part of this advantage is that each of the hotels has a spacious green area and an individual, enclosed beach.
